LAST MIXER OF YEAR EXITS WITH GRACE
The last mixer of the year was a sparkling evening; a perfect ending to a sparkling year for a sparkling chamber CEO, Carole Farm and the DHS Chamber of Commerce. Carole sends many thanks to Mission Lakes Country Club for hosting this festive Holiday Mixer. "It
was a merry evening enjoyed by all chamber members, friends and guests."
The Valley Breeze was there, and echos these sentiments. It was a magical eveing in the gorgeous and grand old club, which has been for years a respected and coveted place of residence in the area.
The management of the club was congenial and played the perfect host. Dusty Betts, President of the Mission Lakes Country Club Board of Directors, was most gracious in his welcome to the chamber and the many guests who showed up at this special affair.
The many friends and neighbors mingled with many of the MLCC members and residents as they joined in partaking of the delectible hors d'oeuvres, provided by Food & Beverage manager, Cherri Hardy.
David Clinton Reid of the Fabulaous Palm Springs Follies was welcomed as a new representative by the chamber, and the famous drawing came about with many winners of great prizes, made even more desireous because of the gift-giving season.
As the evening came to a cheerful ending the attendees seemed to be filled with the spirit of the season and openly displayed affection and warmth to one another.
The brightly decorated ballroom was tastefully appointed as the many guest ate, drank and made merry.
We look forward to another great year.
