Paradise Springs has officially broken ground on its new Clubhouse. The 6,000 sq. ft. building will have a swimming pool and spa in the back for summer parties and barbeques. The interior will sport a large meeting hall with a roll-out stage for parties and events, a workout gym with locker rooms, a card room and a pool room for the eight ball and pool tournaments. In addition to the recreational facilities, special events are being planned including a fashion show, monthly cooking class and craft classes.

Once completed in 2006, the clubhouse will have a Director of Events that will work with the homeowners to create a lifestyle for each that will allow them to enjoy the full benefits of Paradise Springs.

Michael Risman made the historical statement that "The purpose of today is to get to know each other. Two years from today on November 19, 2003, we put shovel into the ground and said we are gonna do it!" And now a beautiful, efficient, functioning community is taking shape. As individual guests and couples put shovels in the ground, symbolizing the beginning of a new phase in the development of this beautiful community, Michael says, "We want to build a community, not just sell houses. We feel a loyalty to this community and we want people to share in that enjoyment."

About 200 guests and residents were catered to, with a mouth-watering menu by Tony Riccio of Tony Riccio restaurants, and who is also a resident at Paradise Springs. An outstanding musical group entertained the diners as many sat to eat, while others milled about or checked-out the beautiful home models on property.

Along with the Paradise Springs community, the mall which the partners are also developing and which is coming to the corner of Little Morongo and Mission Lakes Boulevard, is already signing businesses to lease space.
